I loved the Nancy Drew mystery books as a child. My parents bought me 8 books in the series for my  6th birthday and my father built a book shelf for them which I helped him paint. By my 8th birthday, I owned all 34 in the series. This was my very first library and so of course I placed them in alphabetical order.
